Jürgen Lubojanski studied law at the University Nuremberg-Erlangen. He is married and has 2 grown up children.

Jürgen Lubojanski was admitted as a lawyer in 1987 and has been working as a defense counsel for the law firm of Dr. Bader & Partner since 1988.

In 1999, he was appointed as Certified Lawyer for Criminal Law (Fachanwalt für Strafrecht) by the bar association.

After frequent stays abroad, some of them long-term, Jürgen Lubojanski is able to assist and advise clients in English, French and Portuguese which he speaks and writes fluently.

His well-established contacts to renowned law firms in the U.S., in Brazil and in Portugal, and his membership in the German-Portuguese Lawyers Association enable him to deal with the specific needs of international criminal cases.

Jürgen Lubojanski is exclusively focused on criminal law. Regular attendance at advanced training seminars and legal discussion forums – especially in the fields of tax offences and financial and white-collar crime — and his both broad and indepth forensic and courtroom experience make him a most comptetent and fearless defence lawyer who won’t be taken by surprise easily.

Jürgen Lubojanski supports you in identifying and minimizing criminal risks and advises you on appropriate actions and strategies to avoid criminal prosecution.

As part of his work as a counsel, Jürgen Lubojanski has developed an understanding of economic and business contexts which allows him to handle complex issues in compliance proceedings, extensive proceedings on corruption or embezzlement charges and, in particular, the nowadays very frequent proceedings for non-payment of security contributions successfully and to his clients‘ satisfaction.

In the past few years, Jürgen Lubojanski defended clients in pilot-judgement proceedings resulting in leading decisions by the Higher Courts on issues of embezzlement and of offences under the German Medicines Act.

Notwithstanding his dedication to the „big“ questions of criminal law, Jürgen Lubojanski knows that every case is of vital importance to the person concerned, and he feels committed to providing the best advice and defence in allegedly „minor“ criminal cases.

Moreover, Jürgen Lubojanski participates actively in the training of younger attorneys and students.

After his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg, he was admitted to the bar in 2005.
