On September 15th, 2020, the Bavarian Central Office for Combating Fraud and Corruption in the Healthcare Sector (ZKG) was established at the Nuremberg General Prosecutor’s Office.
The ZKG is in charge of prosecuting corruption and offences against property committed by health care professionals in connection with their practice.
We already represent several health care professionals, including physicians, therapists and care service providers in proceedings by the ZKG.
